Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TyoReport in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use TyoReport.
Description of service
TyoReport is a field service documentation platform that uses artificial intelligence to convert voice recordings, photos, and text captured on-site into structured, shareable reports. Reports are delivered as web pages accessible via a unique URL.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tyo.report if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
- Free trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Solo plan. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- Trial expiry. At the end of the trial period, your account enters read-only mode. Existing reports remain accessible but you cannot create new reports until you subscribe.
- Paid plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize TyoReport to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card data.
- Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
- Changes to pricing. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use TyoReport to:
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to TyoReport to third parties without our written consent.
- Use the platform to generate reports on behalf of multiple companies under a single account (each company requires its own account).
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing enforcement, or any other technical controls.
- Transmit malware, spam, or any content intended to harm the platform or its users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to TyoReport, including voice recordings, photos, text, and company branding. By uploading content, you grant TyoReport a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload, and that uploading it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
TyoReport and its underlying technology, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your content) are owned by TyoReport and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.
Privacy
Your use of TyoReport is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyoReport's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to TyoReport in the 12 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall TyoReport be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TyoReport harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using TyoReport and delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@tyo.report.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so is impractical or legally prohibited.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Content subject to the 90-day retention window may be deleted after account closure.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
